1.3. Student Data: Quinfer is designed to collect minimal student data. When a student joins a quiz, we collect only the name provided by the student. We do not require student email addresses or persistent identifiers.

3.1. Quinfer utilizes Google's Gemini AI to process educational content. By using the Service, you acknowledge that assessment data provided for generation is transmitted to Google's servers for processing.

4.1. We do not sell your personal data or assessment content to third-party advertisers.
